Registration Information

You haven't registered yet?
No problem!  Register onsite at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel.  The STN registration desk is located on the 5th floor, just left of the elevator bank.

Registration for the STN Annual Conference includes:

  • Two days of educational sessions and access to the exhibit hall
  • Special Interest Group (SIG) sessions
  • Wednesday’s Welcome Reception
  • Thursday’s continental breakfast and luncheon
  • Thursday night’s Past Presidents’ Reception
  • Friday’s continental breakfast
  • Friday’s luncheon with speaker
  • Opportunity to talk one-on-one with the editor of the Journal of Trauma Nursing

SUBSTITUTIONS
If you find you are unable to attend, consider sending a colleague in your place.The registration fee will be adjusted if a nonmember replaces a STN member. If a substitution is made on-site, a $50 change fee will be assessed. STN does not issue refunds for no-shows.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before March 7, 2008 to receive a full refund. Between March 8, 2008 and March 18, 2007, registration cancellations receive a full refund less a $50 handling fee. No refunds will be made after March 19, 2008. Requests for refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel at which you are staying.
