All active members: please watch your mail for a letter/ballot regarding proposed amendments to the STN bylaws. As STN grows and matures, the board is continually assessing governing documents, policies and operations. A thorough review of the STN bylaws revealed the need for updates throughout to ensure consistent use of terms, clarification of roles, general clean-up and a few changes of a more substantive nature. 

We ask all active members to consider the proposed amendments and to cast a vote in this important process. The letter we mailed also serves as your ballot which you can mail or fax back.
