#  ATPM

![](https://www.traumanurses.org/_resources/images/core/logo-atpm.svg)The STN **Advanced Trauma Program Management (ATPM)** course is designed by TPMs for TPMs who seek advanced training and in-depth knowledge related to the Six Performance Domains of Trauma Program Management as outlined in the STN TPM Role Delineation Study. The Six Performance Domains of Trauma Program Management include the following:

- Continuum of Trauma Care
- Professional Issues
- Human Resources
- Management of Physical Resources, Financial Resources, and Medical Professionals
- Public Relations, Advocacy and Marketing
- Project Management

 ATPM, as an advanced, scenario-based course, is recommended for TPMs with at least 3-5 years of experience, who have completed at least one full survey cycle. It is recommended that attendees have either completed the following courses or have commensurate knowledge/experience: STN TOPIC and Optimal courses, ATS Trauma Program Management Course (TPMC), TCAA Basic Trauma Center Finance and Business Course and TCAA Advanced Trauma Center Finance and Business Course.
