Qualified STN board members are responsible for setting the organization’s direction, ensuring necessary resources, providing expertise and advancing the STN mission.

Nominations and elections for officers and directors-at-large of the STN Board of Directors are held in the winter each year with the terms commencing in the spring at the STN Annual TraumaCon Conference.

**Positions commencing at TraumaCon 2025 are:**

- President-Elect
- Treasurer
- Director-at-Large (Three positions)
- Clinical Director-At-Large
