During this webinar we will have a panel of nurse leaders representing the various roles within a trauma program held by registered nurses. We will cover aspects of the roles it takes to maintain a successful and functional trauma program and what is required to maintain verification. These leaders will talk about the background required to be successful at their jobs and will discuss what their role and responsibilities are in supporting the trauma program. There will be time to ask questions and we look forward to a robust discussion.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand what a successful trauma program structure looks like and what roles are crucial for the success of the program.
  2. Understand the background necessary to ensure success in each of these roles and what their responsibility is in supporting the trauma program.
  3. The role each position plays in maintained designation and verification.
