PI - Regulatory Compliance & Standards

The Society of Trauma Nurses (STN) has established a Trauma Performance Improvement Special Interest Group (Trauma PI SIG), designed to bring together STN members who are responsible for trauma performance improvement initiatives within their institutions and/or interested in advancing trauma PI best practices.

Crystal Jones is a Performance Improvement Coordinator at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, an ACS-verified Level I Adult Trauma Center located in Nashville, Tennessee. With over 16 years of nursing experience, Crystal began her career in the Trauma ICU at VUMC and has since contributed her expertise across multiple Level I trauma centers throughout Tennessee. Her professional journey includes roles as a Trauma Educator and Performance Improvement Coordinator, where she has consistently driven excellence in trauma care. Crystal is also a proud member of the Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) Faculty, reflecting her commitment to advancing trauma education and clinical practice.

Victoria Myers is the Trauma PI Coordinator for ECU Health Medical Center, a level 1 trauma center in Greenville, NC. She has ten years of nursing experience, which began in the Surgical/Trauma ICU nurse, where she was passionate about nursing education and quality improvement projects.
