Committee Chair
Mission: The STN International Committee is a diverse committee representing a global membership of trauma nurses whose mission is to ensure optimal and equitable trauma care to all people affected by trauma worldwide. This is accomplished through visionary leadership, focused education, knowledge exchange and mentorship that considers the diversity of each region when implementing action, performance improvement efforts, and collaboration.
Vision: Consensus to follow the STN Vision: To be the premiere global nursing organization across the trauma continuum.
Core Values: Committee membership growth in representation of countries/regions, retention of members, engagement and participation in global trauma efforts, and outreach and support to members across the globe.
Pillars: Consensus that the committee does not need pillars. Will align with the STN pillars.
